How to get up

In your first lesson you will practise getting up on a surfboard, also known as "popping up." It can be a bit challenging at first, but with practice, you'll be able to do it smoothly. Also you will learn how to balance on the board in the water.

Paddle, pop-up and balance

In the second lesson you will catch some waves. Focus on two essential skills: practicing your paddle technique and perfecting your pop-up. And ofcourse have some fun wipe outs!

Ride the wave

In the last lesson you will practise the paddle, the pop up and maintaining your balance. Learn to gently start shifting your weight to steer the board. Try to stay up and ride the wave for as long as you can!
