Next to our kite and surf shop you will find a cozy terrace where you can have a good breakfast with great coffee and amazing smoothies; a relaxed healthy brunch or lunch with delicious sandwiches and salads; a cozy Spanish "merienda" with mouthwatering sweets and cakes with your afternoon coffee; and a pre-dinner cocktail with tasty small plates to start your evening.

For those of you who have any food allergies or restrictions, don't worry; we have a lot of glutenfree substitutes and a completely vegan version of the menu available on request.

Açai Bowl
We personally believe we make the best açai bowls of Castelldefels! But what is açai? The açai berry grows on a palm tree found throughout South America and it is often used to make medicine; the berry is very high in antioxidants (even more than cranberries!) and its components are said to reduce inflamation, lower bloodsugar levels and stimulate the immune system.

The berry itself is very bitter, so it's usually blended with something sweet to make it taste better. In our bowls, we blend the frozen açai with frozen banana to add some potassium and protein, and sugarfree coconut milk to add a creamy texture and create a very thick smoothie-like consistency that holds all the best toppings for you to spoon down. Our bowls are topped with seasonal, fresh fruits, organic coconut flakes, chia seeds to aid your digestion, dried goji berries for a nice vitamin A and C boost, and granola for fibers!

Honestly, açai bowls are very addictive, and we believe its a very healthy addiction to have! For a little less loaded bowl, you can also choose for a berry- or mango smoothiebowl: same concept, same health benefits, just a little less caloric.


Breakfast Bagel
The Breakfast Bagel is a definite staple. A freshly toasted everything-bagel, topped with fresh spinach leaves, smoked salmon, a sunny-side-up egg with melted cheese on top and creamy avocado, finished off with a lukewarm hollandaise sauce. Don't let its name fool you, you can order it all day long.


Nachos
Our nachos have it all. Toasty nacho chips with a good layer of melted cheese on top, and a rich layer of homemade spiced black bean sauce on the bottom; topped with fresh homemade guacamole, pico de gallo with cilantro (and don't tell us you're one of those!), and a dollop of sour cream. Jalapeños can of course be added upon request.
